Christine le Roux is a certified massage therapist and trained lymphatic drainage therapist. She has 6 years experience in lymphatic drainage, using the Vodder technique and has done multiple courses including an advanced post-operative lymphatic drainage course with Carolyn Hoffman.
She founded the Lymphatics practice with a deeply held mission: to make high-quality, restorative treatments accessible to those who need them most. Christine is passionate about the impact of gentle, consistent care, especially for clients navigating the critical transition from hospital recovery to the comfort of home.
"I deeply believe that understanding your own recovery process empowers you to take control of your health. By carefully reviewing your medical history and educating you on how your body heals, we create a deeper, more intentional connection to your recovery journey. Healing takes time, and I always encourage my clients to be patient with themselves and mindfully observe how their bodies respond to gentle care."

CLIENT REVIEWS:
"Christine is truly exceptional at what she does. I came to her as part of my post mastectomy recovery, and her care and expertise made a world of difference. She takes the time to listen, explain everything, and ensures you feel safe and supported throughout the process. Her gentle yet effective techniques helped immensely with swelling and discomfort, and I left every session feeling better - both physically and emotionally."
"I had my first session with Alex last week, and she is brilliant. Her background as an occupational therapist gives her a deep, holistic understanding of how the lymphatic system connects to the rest of the body.
The session was both deeply relaxing and insightful - she shared a few helpful tips on how to manage my inflammation going forward!
Alex is amazing, and I couldn't recommend booking a session with her more!
"Christine’s lymphatic drainage massage is like having a mini spa break away from the hustle and bustle of life packed into just one hour of your day. Soothing and comforting, I found myself falling asleep every time she treated me and walking away revitalised. And what a kind and gentle young lady she is! I highly recommend the experience." - Noha Haggar
